Marcum Search LLC, the National Recruiting Division of Marcum LLP, is recruiting for a Director of Advisory Services.Responsibilities Lead/direct/conduct M&A due diligence projects Craft complex financial models Analyze challenging multi-entity financial statements Forensically assess operating and cash-flow forecasts Prepare and analyze rolling cash-flow reports Prepare and present "deep dive and root cause" analysis to clients Mitigate purchase price risks derived from business case analytics Present strategic findings to client engagement management teams. Business Development success within the Boston market arena.Qualifications & Requirements CPA certification is required for consideration MBA is strongly preferred Expertise within the public accounting sector coupled with both financial modeling and client facing M&A presentations are required for consideration.***Note - Only highly qualified, local and "on target" candidates will be contacted.***Compensation for this role will ideally be between $200-240k+b.Marcum Search LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
