They have around 20 US employees and a much larger business globally.Job DescriptionReporting into the Global Chief Executive Officer overseas, the Branding Director will lead the global creative direction, messaging, and visual identity, while working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and communications, to elevate the brand's visibility and reputation.Main duties and responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy aligned with the company's mission and values.
  • Oversee brand positioning, visual identity, messaging, and tone across all channels.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and innovation.
  • Lead brand-related campaigns, content creation, and advertising initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance and industry trends, making data-driven decisions to enhance brand perception.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and creative partners.The Successful ApplicantIn return for a competitive remuneration package, the successful candidate will possess the following:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 10+ years of strong experience in branding (promotion, media relations, channel development)
    • Extensive global branding experience in the B2B sector
    • Strong leadership, creative, and communication skills
    • Proven track record in developing successful branding strategies
    • Ability to work from home 100% of the time (in the USA).What's on Offer
