Description: Tempus Unlimited, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides community-based services to empower children and adults with disabilities to live as independently as possible in the least restrictive environment. The agency, through its programs and services, encourages the inclusion of people with disabilities into the mainstream of society, including social, recreational, family and work activities.
The FI Intake Coordinator position of works regularly with internal as well as external contacts. The position requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multi-step processes and prioritization of tasks. Essential Functions

  • Processing FI paperwork into Enrollment Module and Access Databases
  • Printing FI paperwork (PDFs)
  • Logging & reviewing FI paperwork
  • Obtain EINS from the IRS website
  • Make address changes
  • Manage reports generated from the Enrollment module
  • Preparation of 2678 letters to the IRS
  • Provide analysis of software performance and provide suggestions and/or results
  • Report all suspected incidents of consumer abuse and neglect to the Disabled Person Protection Commission (DPPC)
  • All other duties assigned by the Intake Supervisor Competencies
