Job Summary: The Retail Supervisor works closely with the Club Manager and Assistant Club Manager to provide leadership and direction within the club. They are responsible for maintaining policies and procedures, delivering a positive service experience to Members, and managing day-to-day club operations. The Retail Supervisor also leads, coaches, and develops team members, ensuring a safe and positive environment for both staff and members. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations in Fresh, Front of House Departments, overall merchandising, signage, recovery, and receiving
• Ensure compliance with club policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Assess and coach team member performance, provide actionable feedback, and support talent development
• Lead by example to deliver service excellence and GOLD club standards daily
• Communicate effectively with team members, share necessary information, and support operational goals Qualifications:
  • Prior retail experience in a store, supermarket, or warehouse
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Must be a forklift operator with open shift availability
  • At least 18 years of age Environmental Job Conditions:
    • Frequent movement on hard surfaces, occasional lifting of heavy objects, and exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises
