• Responsible for scheduling meetings and conference calls with clients, taking meeting notes, organizing documents, and requesting status reports from team members.
• Organizes and updates contacts, lists, and social media posts in HubSpot. Assists in screening job applicants for marketing positions, explaining HR policies, and overseeing payroll for the marketing team.
• Reviews project time logs, helps calculate profitability on marketing projects, and manages time entries for marketing projects, categorizing them correctly. Generates client invoices via accounting software.
• Reviews inbound marketing plans and advertising campaigns.
• Must post news updates to the company website.
