Key Responsibilities

Research and resolve claims for Veterans' Affairs, ChampVA, and Tricare
File correct UB04's and 1500 HCFA's with subrogation information for payment
Conduct timely follow-up activities to determine claim status and maintain proper account documentation


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
At least one year of experience in a professional office environment; health insurance billing preferred
Experience handling a large volume of phone calls to collect information
Ability to work in Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) time zone
