A company is looking for an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist with the invoice payment lifecycle and resolve customer account issues.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee the import of inbound invoices and manage electronic invoice data entry
Resolve invoice exceptions and work with suppliers and customers to ensure accurate invoice matching
Process reconciliations and maintain accounts receivable records, including handling escalations on AP/AR issues


Required Qualifications

Relevant degree preferred
2 or more years of relevant experience required
Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Strong Excel skills required
