DescriptionWe're looking for a Research and Development Associate III, working in the Biotechnology/Medical Devices industry in Cambridge, 02142.Responsibilities include:

• Recommending and implementing solutions to improve lab function, identifying gaps in current practices, and finding innovative ways to streamline core responsibilities.
• Working with internal and external scientists to enable efficient implementation of new procedures.
• Monitoring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, including assisting with audits and resolutions.
• Performing risk analysis of current practices and proposed solutions to guide continuous improvement and assisting the subject matter expert in scheduling work and ensuring documentation per Standard Operating Practices.
• Coordinating instrument installation, maintenance, and retirement as determined by the equipment owner or functional area management.
