Join us in our mission to transform the healthcare landscape.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Business Development - Life Sciences to lead our growth initiatives within the life sciences sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in selling software solutions to life sciences organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of claims and electronic health record (EHR) data, enabling them to drive our business development efforts and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth in the life sciences market.
- Identify and engage with prospective clients, leveraging a consultative sales approach to understand their needs and present tailored software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in life sciences organizations, including pharmaceutical companies and biotech firms.
- Own the entire sales process from end to end from lead generation to execution and ongoing support of the account.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of our value proposition.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Lead negotiations and close deals that align with the company's objectives and revenue targets.
