Job Responsibilities:

Manage multiple stakeholders
Prioritize business needs and make trade-offs across all stakeholders accordingly
Manage comprehensive international travel arrangements
Interface internally and externally with personnel from all levels of the organization, across multiple geographies


Skills & Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of administrative operations management, non-technical project management, direct executive support or corporate event planning experience
Experience dealing with highly confidential information
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Experience with Web conferencing, LiveMeeting
Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly accommodate to new applications and tools. More...
