Premier Pavers & Hardscape Co. an award-winning residential hardscape company based in Lincoln Ma, has an immediate opening for a motivated design and sales estimator who shares our passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. We have been building high quality enduring residential projects for 21 years. What You Can Expect: Meeting with potential customers & reviewing their goals for their home. Designing the project to meet their needs & budget. Pricing the project, presenting it to the homeowner & finalizing the sale. Interfacing with sales & project managers as well as office administration. Base salary & commission, with earnings potential of $60,000 - $100,000 plus, 401K, Year End Bonus & Profit-Sharing potential. Requirements: Landscape construction and/or architecture degree, and/or 3-5 years of experience with site work & grading, concrete or natural stone paving, walls and/or steps. Must be well organized and a good communicator. Familiar with Customer Relationship management software or willingness to learn. Familiar with Design software or willingness to learn.
