Key Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to review performance and satisfaction
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution
Analyze Client Success Metrics and prepare reports for internal and external purposes


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field
Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology
