- Experience working in and with the DOD on Programs with and emphasis on software related systems
- Experience working with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- Must be a team player, effective manager and excellent leader.
- Must be able to work well in a team of peers and as well as a flat program organization.
- The candidate needs to be an excellent communicator, both in speech and in writing.
- The candidate should have strong public presentation skills and be nuanced in their ability to read the situation. Logic, discretion, maturity, decisiveness, and focus are a must.
