- Contributing actively to both group and individual programming, nurturing growth across academic, career, and personal/social domains.
- Upholding the values of The Building Bridges and Families First Initiatives by championing permanency within the student's own community, offering unwavering support and coordination.
- Playing a pivotal role in Individualized Transition Plan (ITP) meetings, as well as providing vital support during case plans and court hearings.
- Keeping meticulous records and paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our standards to uphold our commitment to excellence.Rest assured, you'll have unwavering support and guidance along the way. Reporting to our dedicated Clinical Director, you'll receive ongoing supervision and mentoring to help you thrive in your role.
