<span>Keys to the Position:<br>&nbsp;<br>10+ years of IT Project Management experience. <br>&nbsp;<br>Strong PM that understands milestones, risk management and critical path to allow us to manage our teams on different tracks<br>&nbsp;<br>Needs to have the drive, passion, curiosity and interest in enhancing &nbsp;users IT experience. &nbsp;This is more important that having experience with a specific PM tool<br>&nbsp;<br>Hands on PM that gets into the weeds &nbsp;- identifying gaps, defining scope, &nbsp;strong collaboration with many different teams, ability to keep the priorities on track (this role is not to solve the problems but to facilitate a decision making process) and desire to take ownership of the initiatives thru to completion. &nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>Must have excellent written and verbal business communication skills<br>&nbsp;<br>PMP is a + but is not required.<br>&nbsp;<br>Financial Services experience is a +<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>This role will be based in Boston but will require travel to Marlborough one day per week. &nbsp;If the person prefers to work in Marlborough and come to Boston 2 days per week, that would be possible. &nbsp;Flexibility to work between both locations is required<br>&nbsp;<br> <br>Description:<br>Senior IT Project Manager<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>We are looking for an IT Project Manager that has experience working with various teams to ensure that multiple IT projects remain on track. &nbsp;This role will be focused on managing several related projects that are all geared to create a positive user experience. &nbsp;These areas include Video Conferencing, Email, Solutions Center (Help Desk), Remote Connectivity, Intranet, Desktop, etc. &nbsp;&nbsp;Our goal is to have this person successfully manage &nbsp;projects to ensure that users are able to use our systems to make their experience easier and more efficient.<br>&nbsp;<br></span> More...
