Patient Engagement ManagerDepartment: Product ManagementEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: BostonCompensation: $80,000 - $90,000 / yearDescriptionThe Patient Engagement Manager will maintain responsibility for designing and executing a strategic program for engaging representative and existing MyoPro users in product development feedback and testing. The goal of the program is to create a pathway across the organization for teams to engage with representative users, incorporating their input and feedback into the design and development of product improvements and next-generation products.The core focus of the role will include daily operations within the program, including recruiting representative MyoPro users, partnering with teams to develop and execute feedback protocols, and overall administrative and logistical functions.The ideal candidate will maintain a level of comfort in aligning under the Product Management team as the work is critical for defining and prioritizing product design, while working closely with members of R&D/ Engineering as they will most frequently engage in feedback and testing sessions.Responsibilities - Develop strategy for representative MyoPro users to be regularly involved in prototype feedback and product design.
- Outline a plan to recruit Users, including engagement with local clinics.
- Design and provide all logistical and administrative support for representative MyoPro users to attend and be compensated for their participation.
- Create resources and define pathways for cross-functional teams to gather feedback from representative Users.
- Represent Clinical in post-feedback session debriefs to ensure cross-functional alignment on learnings.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Myomo product lines, remaining abreast of emerging technologies and trends in orthotics and myoelectric prosthetics.
- Integrate technological advancements into training programs to ensure practitioners are familiar with the latest tools and devices.
