Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone during business hours
Provide first-touch resolution to customer issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain product expertise and contribute to support resources and documentation


Required Qualifications:

1+ years of related customer support experience
Experience with technologies such as Salesforce, Wordpress, Intercom, JIRA, and Slack
Familiarity with SaaS solutions and enterprise-level customers is a plus
General understanding of the Real Estate Industry preferred
