Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire certification lifecycle, including application, renewal, and compliance
Act as the main point of contact between the organization and applicants
Develop and implement systems for tracking certification deadlines and requirements


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, quality management, or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in association and certification management
Knowledge of mental health, EMDR therapy, and trauma care preferred
