Summary: -The Clinical Administrative Coordinator works in coordination with the Clinical Nurse Manager/Director to ensure that work is accomplished safely and effectively for assigned unit(s).The Coordinator will be responsible for developing nursing staff through mentoring, coaching, and education. You will be responsible for providing clinical support and leadership, managing patient flow and supporting emergencies.Hours:24 hours/week, Night ShiftQualifications: -

• RN Massachusetts license required
• BSN
• BLS required
• ACLS
• 5 years nursing experience, with at least one year as a charge/lead
