Our client is seeking an associate with 4+ years of private equity transactional experience to join their corporate M&A practice in New York or Boston. The ideal candidate will have a background in acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, private equity funds, and financial institutions. The role requires the ability to provide efficient legal service independently and as part of a team, integrate quickly into a national corporate practice, and commit to high-quality client service in complex transactions. Strong academic credentials, critical reasoning skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts are essential. Candidates must have graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted or eligible for admission in New York or Massachusetts.
