The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in React, Node.js, and system design, with a proven ability to architect efficient front-end systems and mentor engineers. This role requires a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric products and a commitment to driving operational excellence through collaborative, scalable software solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive web applications
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products
• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Writing code for User Interface components
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines
• Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable and maintainable software solutions
• Drive operational excellence in software development through leading and participating in code reviews, quality assurance, and production monitoringRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years of experience developing web applications; 2+ years of team management experience
  • Strong architectural mindset with a focus on system design
  • Expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript, RESTful APIs, full-stack development
  • Proficiency in Ruby is beneficial, with additional value placed on familiarity with Next.js and Nest.js
  • Skilled in debugging, optimization, and unit/integration testing
