• Partnering with our clients and internal principal team to co-create solutions for our clients' projects, delivering and adapting as we execute to ensure we deliver exceptional results.
• Design and lead client meetings, establishing trust and credibility to ensure we fully understand the client's needs and propose value-adding solutions.
• Facilitate client workshops and capability programs with client-facing teams.
• Partner with the broader project team to successfully deliver the project by creating a strong environment focused on imparting your subject matter expertise, collaboration, and challenge.
• Use or adapt Uptake's consulting materials to deliver bespoke, high-quality services to the client, sharing ideas for improvements with the broader team.Candidate Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience across our areas of expertise, specifically interested in planning, launch excellence, strategy, and early commercialization.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to work to a tight deadline.
  • The ability and confidence to adapt quickly to changing needs and timelines.
  • Calm under pressure and the ability to problem-solve.
  • Focused on quality and takes time to check details and correct errors.
  • Strong client-focus skills and ability to communicate professionally with clients.
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced client-focused environment.
  • Competent use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Zoom, and Adobe products.
