- Your Wellness Your Way: We strive to create a healthy work environment and we offer programs designed to support our employees' wellbeing.What we are looking for:Under the supervision of the Head of Consultant Relations, the Principal, Consultant Relations will be responsible for developing and executing a consultant coverage plan across a select set of investment consulting and OCIO firms in the United States. Through a collaborative team approach, the incumbent will manage all aspects of delivering best-in-class service to both field and research consultants in an effort to retain and grow Fiera's institutional footprint in the United States.Your responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and execute on a detailed consultant coverage plan aimed at increasing brand awareness and drive consulting ratings;
- Collaborate with the broader US Institutional Distribution team in generating new and defending existing business, as well as managing field consultant relationships, especially where Fiera has common clients with consultants;
- Effectively represent Fiera externally - e.g. conferences, networking events, ad hoc and sensitive corporate communications;
- Gather and share intelligence on consultant trends, needs, and competitive landscape;
- Deliver and manage dissemination of thought leadership to consultants;
- Diligent CRM management - capturing activities, documenting progress, managing marketing campaigns.Must have requirements to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree, CFA designation is an asset;
- Three to five years of experience in servicing, building relationships with, and developing ratings with investment consultants;
- Eagerness to learn and to develop knowledge of the investment industry and financial markets;
- Exemplary written and verbal interpersonal skills;
- Excellent industry reputation based on credibility, integrity and a strong work ethic;
- Self-starting, versatile, collaborative, and resourceful.Additional Information:
