Would you like to be part of a team where your skills are valued, and your growth is encouraged?We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead for 2nd shift, Light Cables, responsible for maintaining quality, overseeing line stops, and coordinating necessary resources to meet quality, delivery, cost, and safety standards. This role involves working on the production floor for a minimum of 50% of the time and requires proficiency across all functions within the area.What you'll be doing:

• Lead 4-8 associates, ensuring adherence to SOPs, quality, and production standards.
• Oversee daily operations, track metrics, and monitor production performance.
• Investigate and resolve line stoppages, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on production processes and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and other relevant regulations.
• Coordinate resources, materials, and inventory to meet production needs.
• Maintain scrap logs and track cost-related activities to identify improvement areas. What you'll need to be considered:
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of blueprints, micrometers, and measuring tools.
  • Advanced understanding and experience in the use of microscopes and performing quality inspections.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work overtime.
    • Capable of lifting up to 10 lbs and performing cleaning operations with solvents.
