The Company is headquartered in Cambridge, MA, with offices in Gloucester, MA and Basel, Switzerland.What's the opportunity?The Senior Administrative Business Partner/ Sr Administrative Partner will be a key member of the Administrative and Leadership team to ensure Executives' demanding schedules, conflicting priorities and communications are managed effectively. The partner should be resourceful, proactive, and exceedingly well-organized, and should enjoy the administrative challenges of a growing company. This is primarily an on-site role.Job Responsibilities - Support Executive(s) with calendar management, prioritizing commitments, and travel arrangements (planning itineraries, developing agendas, meeting materials and reporting expenses).
- Support organization on Legal matters (sending, arranging review/signing of, and filing documents such as CDAs, MSAs, and Consulting Agreements).
- Work closely and effectively with Leadership to keep them well informed of upcoming deadlines and responsibilities, following up as appropriate.
- Collaborate with external vendor to update and manage company website.
- Create and proofread presentation materials for external conferences/meetings as needed.
- Support the needs related to Social Media presence for Company and work with the Company's Communications Partner.
- Manage projects and conduct research to support projects and/or provide background for Senior Leaders' decision-making.
- Onsite and Offsite meeting logistic coordination (Leadership offsites, Investor / Board of Directors meetings, etc.).
- Manage and treat highly confidential information professionally and in accordance with expectations of Senior Leaders.
- Coverage and support of other C-Level Executives as needed.What you'll need to be successful
