The Quality Assurance Engineer will ensure creation and execution of software testing procedures. This role will be a detail oriented, enthusiastic individual who is passionate about quality with the ability to grasp tough issues quickly and deliver well engineered, high-quality solutions. - Manages the full-cycle software quality assurance process.
- Creates comprehensive test automation scripts from business requirements/acceptance criteria and functional specifications documents.
- Executes manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and performance tests.
- Maintains automated and manual test script libraries for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Aligns with the Software Development Life Cycle practices, comply with Information Security and Data Governance practices.
- Interprets results of automation tests and document software defects in issue tracking system; proactively communicates issues with developers and other project team members.
- Provides testing leadership by identifying opportunities for improvement in the Scrum team's QA methodology, innovate by researching and recommending new approaches to automation of testing, including use of Artificial Intelligence.
- Adheres to a testing schedule to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
- Actively participates in the agile software development process by adhering to the Scrum methodology including attending all daily/weekly standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. What You'll Need to Be Successful:
