- Individual contributors will be considered depending on experience and track recordKey responsibilities:
- Hands-on leader responsible for product characterization, qualification, initial product sampling, production release, yield optimization, and customer engagement on quality initiatives for MACOM's MMIC product line
- Lead the Product and Reliability Engineering team (currently 7 Engineers and 1 Planner)
- Set timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely execution of milestones
- Manage product development from initial production tests through product release
- Maintain projects in AGILE
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to team members and peers
- Drive continuous process improvements and engineering excellence
- Interface and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Design, Quality, Marketing, Sales, and Operations) to ensure yield, test coverage, and timeline goals are met for each product
- Support operations team on product improvements and cost reduction initiativesKey qualifications:
