The work:

• Support clients through reinvention including reimagining work and workforce enabled by technology, automation and Gen AI capabilities
  • Lead change teams within large-scale reinvention programs, guiding clients through designing and embedding continuous change practices
    • Use data-driven insights to assess change readiness, adoption rates, and organizational sentiment
      • Design agile change strategies that will help companies shift their culture, adjust ways of working to be future-ready
        • Apply human-centered design principles to co-create change solutions and personalized change journeys with clients.
          • Use leading practice change tools and methodologies including:
            • Organizational change analytics and data visualization
              • Behavioral science practices
                • Agile change management methods and tools
                  • Digital engagement, collaboration, and development tools and platforms
                    • Help clients build lasting agile change capabilities at all levels of the organization to build organizational resiliency
                      • Help Accenture with business development including proposals and build client relationships
                        • Build our T&O practice by helping with market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management
                          • Be ready to build those air miles with travel as needed Location: Primary residency within 90 minutes of an approved Accenture office Heres what you need:
                            • Minimum of 5 years experience in transformational change management
                            • Minimum of 3 years experience in Consulting, Advisory, or Project-based environments
                            • Minimum of 2 years of Life Sciences Industry experience Bonus points if:
                              • Large scale consulting experience
                              • You know everything there is to know about how to design, develop and roll out HR processes
                              • Youre familiar with digital tools like HR Automation, Future Workforce Design and Analytics
                              • Experience with: Change Analytics, Change Tracking, Design Thinking, Change Capability Development, Agile Change Management Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
