This role is at the heart of optimizing our core processes and implementing innovative digital solutions to enhance our manufacturing operations.Your key responsibilities

• Manage one or more high-performing engagement teams at an executive level within the practice and the firm.
• Lead the digital transformation of manufacturing functions.
• Optimize manufacturing and warehousing processes.
• Implement frameworks for comprehensive management of operations.Skills and attributes for success
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in your functional area of manufacturing.
  • Provide mentoring and motivate diverse client engagement teams.
  • Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget.
  • Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing processes.
  • Manage professional employees and supervise project teams.To qualify for the role, you must have
    • A bachelor's degree with focus on engineering, supply chain, and/or business.
    • 4-6 years of relevant experience in the field of digital manufacturing and supply chain consulting environment.
    • Ability to travel outside of your assigned office location at least 60-80% of the time.
    • Successful candidates must work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
