We are seeking a community-based family therapist who can play a crucial role in upholding our clinic's standards and those of the Massachusetts Community Behavioral Health Initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to provide evidence-based, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed psychotherapy services to a caseload of clients and their families dealing with mental and behavioral disorders. As a member of our Outpatient or CBHI department, you will be an integral part of our team, collaborating closely with Community-Based and Outpatient Services Providers. You will report directly to our Program Manager, ensuring effective communication and coordination within the team. What You Will Do: Collect information from people through observation, interviews, or surveys. Counsel clients on mental health or personal achievement. Diagnose psychological disorders. Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within our client companies. Collaborate with collateral providers and community resources ensure client satisfaction.
