Fraud Operations InternBoston, United States of AmericaThe Fraud Operations Intern will support the Operations Team in daily activities related to managing the operational execution of a large Financial Services institution. This 2025 Summer Internship is for undergraduate students who have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.This internship position is located in either:

• Boston, MA.

  • Support daily activities/operations in relation to fraud, dealer quality, dealer operations, vendor management, controls testing, or customer experience.
  • Assist with governance/oversight, systems strategy, customer correction and remediation
  • Work to solve real world problems and deliver measurable results
  • Help with ideas to improve current practices and improve efficiency
  • Special projects as identified and requested by the department
  • Performs other duties as assigned

    • Currently an undergraduate student enrolled at a college or university
    • Expected to graduate between December 2025 - May 2026
    • Cumulative GPA of 3.0+
    • Enthusiasm to participate in all intern activities throughout the summer
    • Be a self-motivated and flexible team player
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality

      • Extended working hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs.
      • Travel to multiple facilities may be required.
      • May be required to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to twenty (20) pounds.

      • May require repetitive motions of the hands and wrist related to writing and typing at an electronic keyboard.
