You will rely on your effective communication skills to provide training and support for districts and teachers through webinars, product training, professional development sessions, and sales presentations and to communicate regularly with districts, teachers, and our sales partner to ensure customer success. You will also apply your organizational skills and attention to detail by tracking account support activities across the customer life cycle including sales opportunities, contacts, communication, training, and renewal business using Salesforce.Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Implementation Director.Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $64,678.00 and $72,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote; to be considered you must reside within 50 miles of one of the following airports: Boston Logan International (BOS) and/or Bradley International (BDL).Travel: You can also expect up to approximately 40-60% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.Benefits: Imagine Learning provides a comprehensive benefits program to eligible employees, including: - Multiple health, dental, and vision plans, including medical plans with zero employee premiums

- Oversee implementation and management of account needs for all accounts within the assigned region including leading professional development and/or product training.
- Utilize Salesforce to track all account data including sales opportunities, contacts, communication, training, and renewal business.
- Design and deliver sales presentations, product training, and professional development sessions, both in person and via webinar platforms.
- Communicate regularly and work effectively with districts, school administrators, teachers, and sales partners to ensure successful program implementation and customer success.
- Pro-active account management across the life cycle of a customer from interest, and sales presentations, from onboarding to renewal.
