Nursing Home RN - $56/hr

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will deliver high-quality care to residents, promote health and wellness, and act as a patient advocate. The ideal candidate will excel in medication administration, health assessments, and emergency response, ensuring compliance with all nursing standards and regulations.

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments to promote wellness and prevent illness
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
  • Monitor, document, and maintain accurate medical records
  • Identify and manage acute health concerns, coordinating interventions, referrals, and follow-up care
  • Act as a first responder during medical or behavioral crises, including emergencies involving severe or violent behavior
  • Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and facility policiesQualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
    • Experience working with residents diagnosed with dementia or cognitive impairments preferred
    • Active RN License in Massachusetts
    • Proficiency in health assessments, medication administration, and crisis intervention
    • Certification in Dementia Training or equivalent is a plus
