Job Description:

Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality & Complaint Investigations Specialist to support secondary supplier sourcing and lead complaint investigations in a GMP-regulated environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supplier selection, deviation investigations, and compliance with labeling and equipment standards.

Key Responsibilities:


Supplier Sourcing & Selection:


Identify and evaluate secondary suppliers based on predefined selection criteria.
Conduct supplier studies and assessments to ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish a shortlist of qualified vendors.

Complaint Investigations & Deviation Management:


Lead investigations into deviations related to labeling equipment and label adhesion issues.
Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and document findings in accordance with GMP regulations.
Work cross-functionally with MS&T, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:


5+ years of GMP experiencein a regulated environment.
Strong background in supplier selection, qualification, and auditing.
Hands-on experience with complaint investigations and deviation management.
Ability to analyze data, document findings, and drive process improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
