POSITION SUMMARY Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan is seeking a master's level clinical therapist to work in our children and family outpatient mental health clinic in Royal Oak, Michigan. The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing direct clinical care in the form of individual and/or family treatment. This position works as part of an interdisciplinary team that includes medical providers. Duties also include documentation in the electronic clinical record and treatment planning for the purposes of compliance with accreditation and licensing and meeting the conditions established by third-party funders. - Limited or fully licensed through the State of Michigan (Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or Limited License Psychologist)
- Clinical experience with mental health disorders, particularly in children and adolescents
- Knowledge of childhood development and family dynamics
- Position requires excellent interpersonal skills, good moral character with flexibility of work schedule, including the ability to conduct telehealth
- Position requires good verbal and written skills
