A company is looking for a Grants Manager (Incoming, Fixed-Term)



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review complex proposal budgets aligned with funder and organizational guidelines
Coordinate financial reporting aspects of grants and oversee budget management tasks
Lead grant reporting process, support audits, and provide technical support on compliance issues


Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of grants management administration experience
Experience with government and private foundation grants, including U.S. Federal and European Commission funding
Proficiency in developing budgets for medium to large grants
Strong understanding of fund accounting concepts and grants-related legal and compliance requirements
