The HR Manager functions as a part of the site management team, promotes and cultivates a positive culture and supports all employees. - Manages all aspects of recruiting and employee onboarding along with maintaining employee retention
- Ensures proper procedures and policies are implemented, kept current and communicated
- Maintains employee personnel files and acts as the site record keeper
- Oversees annual performance management campaigns
- Facilitates learning and development initiatives
- Advises employees and site leadership to maintain compliance and a positive work environment
- Strives to continually improve HR functions and efficienciesRequired Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Human Resources
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in a human resources role
- Good interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with confidential information and maintain discretion
