The HR Manager functions as a part of the site management team, promotes and cultivates a positive culture and supports all employees.

• Manages all aspects of recruiting and employee onboarding along with maintaining employee retention
• Ensures proper procedures and policies are implemented, kept current and communicated
• Maintains employee personnel files and acts as the site record keeper
• Oversees annual performance management campaigns
• Facilitates learning and development initiatives
• Advises employees and site leadership to maintain compliance and a positive work environment
• Strives to continually improve HR functions and efficienciesRequired Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Human Resources
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a human resources role
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain discretion
