Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a leadership role? Do you have a passion for leading and teaching other skilled nursing staff? As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide, plan, coordinate or manage nursing care and health education for nursing home guests.
About the Role

• Supervise nursing care provided by Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and others.
  
• Review and implement all nursing procedures and systems.
  
• Assess and evaluate the systems which facilitate the delivery of quality guest care and performance of staff.
  
• Use a systematic approach in the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care.
  
• Contribute to the guest assessments and the development and implementation of a plan of care.
  
• Evaluate guests' responses to nursing interventions.
  
• Understand the rational for the use of medications and treatments and correctly administer as needed.

    Qualifications
    
    
    
    • Current state nursing licensure required
      
    • Current CPR certification and additional certification in a nursing specialty desired
