Unit Manager RN/LPN

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality care and service. You will be part of a dynamic and experienced team that values communication, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing procedures and systems to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance guest care and staff performance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each guest.
- Evaluate guest responses to nursing interventions and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest nursing practices and technologies to provide evidence-based care and improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current state nursing licensure required.
- Current CPR certification and additional certification in a nursing specialty desired.
- Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
