Key Responsibilities

Lead a team to ensure diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of associate life
Partner with ministry leaders to implement appropriate training and practices across the system
Monitor and report on Diversity & Inclusion metrics to assess and communicate results


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Diversity/Inclusion, Human Resources, or a related field
