Responsibilities Define short and long-term learning and development business outcomes that require technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) investment.Develop PeopleDev development strategy with overall People Operations -(POps)/People strategy and in collaboration with the PeopleOps Technology and People Analytics teams.Manage ongoing intake and prioritization of development requests including coordination and reporting with the POps Tech team for its impact on our technology platforms.Act as primary liaison between PeopleDev and the POps Tech and People Analytics teams on business requirements definition, prioritization, and reporting.This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.
