Build a Career in Communications by: As a Imports and Commodities Intern, you will be involved in a blend of communication initiatives across the business. Responsibilities focused on crafting communications for organizational announcements, and opportunities to develop employer branding skills. Gain Insights into organizational communication, executive communication, and content management. In addition to the impactful work you will complete within your department, you will:
- Assist with projects tied to Gordon Food Service's strategic initiatives.
- Gain knowledge of the business, workplace etiquette and business communication.
- Work 1 on 1 with a Talent Acquisition Specialist to revamp your resume.
- Work on cross functional teams to present impactful business solutions to senior leadership. Build the Future by: Being an intern at Gordon Food Service, North America's largest family-owned broadline food service distributor. Meeting the following qualifications to be considered for our 2025 internship program:
- Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor degree in Communications
- Incoming Junior or Senior status as of May 2025 (Minimum of 56 credit hours)
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
