Description:Program ManagerWork schedule is currently a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days WFH).Helm is currently interviewing qualified candidates for a Program Manager role within our Client Services division. This position is responsible for executing the account and program requirements as outlined in the statement of work. The Program Manager will work with the internal departments as well as external clients to facilitate the day-to-day operations. - Customer ServiceEssential duties and responsibilities of the Program Manager:
- Understand the client brand
- Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure program standards exceed expectations in quality, efficiency, and budget
- Provide trends and consultative approaches
- Support Account Manager in facilitating accounts receivable
- Manage product presentation(s) and approvals
- Measure program metrics
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Facilitate internal cross-functional action plans and status meetings
- Source program specific products
- Facilitate purchase orders for spot buys
- Perform file maintenance and new product adds, including but not limited to copy writing and web image preparation
- Prepare and facilitate requests for inventory maintenance
- Prepare and respond to quotes for projects and/or orders
- Monitor projects, open orders, and/or customer issue log
- Occasional travel as required to oversee projectsRequirements:Education/Experience for the Program Manager position:Bachelor's degree in related discipline. Minimum 2 years project/program management experience.Required Competencies for the Program Manager position:
