Key Responsibilities:

Virtually evaluate patients and create personalized care plans
Perform virtual video visits and document assessments in EMR
Respond to escalated alerts and manage changes in clinical status within scope of practice


Required Qualifications:

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Minimum of 2 years of specialized cardiology experience
Current active license to practice in California, Florida, and New York
Ability to work 11am-7pm EST
