This role will assist with the technical functions of day-to-day operations at a truck production facility. The role serves as representative of HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers. It will require significant walking, climbing stairs, ladders and working at heights. The facility has both cleanroom environments and areas that are dirty. Training will be provided, and the successful candidate must learn, understand, and perform the following operations for the paint systems. This will include: - How to properly pressurize / balance the airflow throughout the paint systems.
- How to measure airflow and track data in an electronic database.
- How to identify areas of the system that require cleaning and notify the proper team members.
- How to identify equipment that requires maintenance and notify the proper team members.
- How to chemically balance the sludge / water in the scrubber systems.
- How to track and document chemical usage.
- How to record equipment set points and track them in an electronic database.
- Use analytical problem-solving skills to complete required tasks while maintaining a high level of quality workmanship.
- Maintain positive and effective communication with team members.
- Take directions from and work with the lead technician.
- Present professional appearance and demeanor.
- Follow all safety guidelines.
- Accept work assignments that could require additional training to perform. Any training required will be provided.
