Join us for a rewarding career with limitless income potential!Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Leader/Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, managing human resources functions, and contributing to strategic planning and decision-making. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management:

• Manage, report, and trace all company financials across all locations.
• Oversee accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and manage the company budget, including Actual versus Plan reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvements.Meeting Management:
  • Run weekly department-level L10 meetings to ensure alignment and progress on company goals.
  • Human Resources Management:
  • Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Manage employee benefits and payroll processing.Strategic Planning:
    • Contribute to the development and execution of company strategies and business plans.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.Requirements:Education and Experience:
      • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • Professional certification in QuickBooks is preferred.Skills and Abilities:
        • Proven experience in financial management and accounting.
        • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and other financial software.
        • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
        • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
        • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
        • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Technical Skills:
          • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
          • Familiarity with HR management systems and payroll software.Benefits:
