A company is looking for a Billing Ops Specialist to manage billing operations for client SaaS contracts and projects.



Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual agreements
Create and manage sales orders in NetSuite, including appropriate billing attributes
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and perform monthly billing reconciliations


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance roles, preferably in a SaaS environment
Strong working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems for billing and sales order management
