Collect and document all business requirements. Translate requirements into system specifications by working with various application teams on wireframes, use cases, and other appropriate documentation. Provide leadership to ultimately obtain consensus on business requirements. Leadership capabilities that can drive a large team with diverse opinions to consensus.
