A company is looking for a Manager, Commercial Auto Claims.



Key Responsibilities

Develops and oversees the performance of a Commercial Auto claims team, ensuring quality and timely resolution of claims
Manages all aspects of claims handling, including reserving, communication, documentation, and settlement
Conducts regular reviews and audits of claims to ensure compliance with standards and identifies opportunities for process improvement


Required Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years of team leadership experience in liability insurance claims
Minimum of five (5) years of bodily injury claims experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Valid claims adjuster's license in appropriate jurisdictions or ability to obtain one
