A company is looking for a Regional Seed Manager to lead and grow the Seed and Seed Technology business within the region.



Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop Territory Seed Representative teams, including performance management and strategic planning
Inspire and motivate sales staff to promote seed technology services and products
Serve as the liaison for seed technology supplier relations and coordinate communication and support for preferred suppliers


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in the seed industry
Extensive knowledge of seed technology and regional cropping trends
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and maintain effective relationships
Proven track record in inventory management and business development
